Introduction to the anatomy of the nervous system
The nervous system includes the brain, spinal cord and set every nerve in the body, and is considered in two parts: the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system includes the brain and spinal cord. The peripheral nervous system is a nerve network that serves as a link between the brain and the spinal cord and the rest of the body.
From a functional standpoint, the nervous system is divided into:
Somatic (or voluntary), which is responsible for muscle activity nervous system.
Vegetative (or autonomic) nervous system, responsible for the control of body functions

Moderate physical exercise keeps the brain healthy and prevent neurodegenerative diseases. Exercise stimulates the brain in two ways:
Maintaining an adequate supply of nutrients.
Optimizes functional efficiency of neurons.
Improves muscle tone, reflexes and coordination.
